MyBevolution is a training tool for bartenders and ambassadors that educates them in a cost effective way about alcoholic beverages, different categories, brands, taste profiles, and standard operating procedures for bar management.

It is cost effective as it replaces expensive training tools (binders, manuals,websites, intranets) & reduce travel for in person training;
The tools is also used for managing promotions, ordering promotional assets and organizing cocktails menus;

It is practical as it has an ambassador checklist that allows bartenders to have all relevant up to date information for marketing and bar operations handy on their mobile device;

It is nimble as is dynamically updates quickly & efficiently for seasonality, new menus, new listings etc.;

Preferred medium for waitstaff & bartenders, who will actively use platform as they prefer to be trained on mobile device in a fun and interactive way;
Edutainment happens through games, leaderboards, interactive quizzes which makes learning engaging & memorable;

For each ambassador there is an individual profile with personal achievements, instructions and a feature that allows ambassadors to reach out to a Helpdesk for support via e-mail;

Our data analytics can track staff participation in real time, segmented by geography, venue, brand, promotions etc.
